    He was definitely world class for a while, I don't know about "elite".

    I think he was the kind of guy that got both overrated and underrated, depending on whom you asked.

    That can be said about any fighter but I agree that Pelenchin was good just not elite.

    Still a good win for Estrella who seems to have some potential.
