Is it safe to say that Parker's resume is better than Joshua's resume?

Parker has the better resume, but to be fair, Joshi looked better overall.

I'd surely favor Joshua now if they fought, resume doesn't help you in the ring (well, maybe the experience does a little)

I know Haye smashes Parker you tit, I have always said that.

Parker is **** poor and sneaked it against an obese LHW in Ruiz. He gets smashed by Joshua, Haye, both Furies (outpointed by Hughie), Whyte and Chisora. I'd even fancy a fit Ian Lewison to do him.

Don't know what Takam has done to get so overrated. I think Whyte will prove himself to be the most relevant and dangerous opponent on either resume.

I think Whyte and Takam are on the same level. Ruiz is better than both though. Really Takam is so overrated on this board. Watch Duhapaus beat him.

What's safe to say and actually means something is, resumes DON'T MEAN ****, wins are wins, losses are what kill fighters to the masses.

If resumes meant anything we wouldn't have a great sport

I said I think he will prove himself, I may well be wrong. Definitely favor him to beat Takam and Ruiz.

Certainly better resume, but also has a lot more things to work on. I'll give him some more time due to his age and lack of amateur experience at high level.

I dont think so. Martin was an undefeated puncher, Breazeale was an undefeated puncher Not to forget Whyte, Skelton, Sprott, Johnson.
I rate Joshuas resume higher as well as his performances

That's not how you rate however its what the actual fighter has done and capable of. He beat Chisora tonite and without controversy from what I saw...He went 7 with Joshua who even then would plant chisora, your not really looking at how to rate fighters. If that's the case Whyte beats parker based on how each fought tonite...

    Could be.

But Parker looked terrible against his guys, and Joshua looked undefeatable against his.

Also, I'm noticing some people saying positive things about Martin and Breazeale. These posters are ******ed.

Who was Breazeale and Martin before Joshua fought them? Nobodies. Even when Martin became champion, you always knew he was crap. Joshuas undefeated opponents hadn't even had 30 fights, I don't think. Martin and Breazeale are just starting out, they're not established genuine contenders. Takam proved himself against Povetkin.

Parkers opponents have been far more experienced and you just got to check and compare both fighters past opponents to understand that. Joshua is good but it's hard to see how good he actually is when he keeps coming up with these opponents from loser land that we don't know about.

Parkers resume is much better but we should take into account that Pulev wanted no part of AJ and chose an aged fat Peters instead of trying to test AJ.
Parker himself could have been the one to test out AJ as he was in the IbFs mandatory position for AJ but he took another route so it's all relative really?

Parker just got beat by Ruiz, the scoring was as bent as a five bob note.
