    Man he was the coolest thing since pockets with jeans in 2000 early 2001, now its like 5 years plus since he had his last real fight.

    weighin 170 lbs. anyone got the scoop on this guy?

    barrera pretty much ended his career. it's a shame. that goes to show that he was not great b/c great fighters come back from their O.

    not true all the time.
    however that is a major consideration.
    dude won 97 percent of his fights he shoulda jus sucked it up and fought around his kryptonite in barrea.
    lacks heart.
    would love to see him fight again if it isn't too late.
    which at this time, with no conditioning, it is, imo.

    ya i dont' think he is going to come back. i know there was a rumor. but i guess after his defeat he just didn't feel the same about boxing...it is sad

    no chance, he lost his appetite and heart for the fight towards the end of his active career, no way he's getting it back now. still one of the finest we've produced here in the uk in the past 20 years though.
