You Tell Me.... Differences aside from who your favorite fighter is this guy is a complete creep. I mean he's probably going to try to give us pac vs JMM 5 which isn't that bad but he will continue matching in house. He will continue talking trash about everyone else but not taking care of his own business. For example all the Trash talking he is doing for the Mayweather - Maidana undercard is just uncalled for when he hasn't put together a good under card in a very long time. 6 months ago: Buy Pacquiao-Rios, it's a great fight. It's an action packed fight. Toe to Toe, very competitive. Today: Boycott Mayweather-Maidana. that farce over there. Not even competitive. Isn't Maidana similar to Rios: Well, Manny needed an opponent like that he was coming off a huge KO loss so its understandable.
All promoters match in house, nothing new or surprising there. Is it a surprise that Marquez, Ortiz, Alvarez, Guerrero, Mosley and soon Maidana were/are all promoted by Golden Boy when Mayweather fought/will fight them?

He openly admitted saying undercards don't matter. Maybe to his pockets, but for the fans they sure do. Pac fans are so biased they actually like and believe Arum haha.

His call for a boycott is actually going to help boast Mayweather-Maidana sales. He blames Mayweather and MGM for their ads when it is his fault for being so bad at business and too cheap to properly compete in positioning and marketing his venue. He even gave his beer sponsor's competition, Corona, free advertising by pointing out on national TV that Mayweather's beer sponsor's ads were inside an event being sponsored by Ticate. I wonder how many beer sales Ticate dropped due to Arum's poor promotional skills. I wouldn't be surprised if next year Ticate's beer promotion is being handled by Mayweather Promotions. Ticate can't be blind to the fact that Mayweather is clearly the better, more effective promotion company. LOL. How dumb can you get? Is this proff positive that if you belong to a certain political group (Zionist) that you get a free ride even when you are the most incompetent choice available? I mean, Arum is a Harvard Law grad and he has been easily shown up and humiliated in business competition by a fighter with a high school diploma. Then again, didn't Don King embarrass Sponge Arum the same way.
Haven't bought nor will I buy an Arum PPV. His cards suck and his in house fights are even worse. What is worse than that were his excuses of why Pacquiao would not fight Mayweather. Arum is scared to risk his fighters against other promotions fighters. It is pathetic.
I never liked Bob Arum. I don't like promoters that want to keep all the cash in-house. This cold war is really ruining the sport. I'd like to see it end soon so that the best matchups can finally be made. I feel bad for guys like Marquez, pacman and Bradley. They're missing out on the opportunities to fight the top tier guys from the GBP stable, and vice versa. GBP has a stanglehold of very good fighters in the lower weight classes, I'd like to finally see some of these hypothetical matchups come to fruition.
