Should he hang em up, or does he have a few fights left in him?

I think he should fight one final fight against an average tailor made opponent and call it quits

He should hang them up before his speech starts to suffer. He can make a living off of it.

I think he should move down to 140 and fight someone half decent and go out on a win

Hes had such a good long career going out on a loss would be gutting

This was a bad style matchup for him from the beginning. He still beats a lot of good fighters. I'd still pick him over Garcia. So I say fight on another year or two.

Actually Shawns style favored Paulie IMO. He just got his azz kicked and needs to retire.

The style matchup was terrible man. Porter had the speed to keep up with Paulie, is a high volume puncher, physically strong, and willing to eat shots to get inside against far better punchers than Paulie. The only thing that would have made it worse would have been if Porter had more power, but he still stopped Paulie.

I think Paulie could still fight, but I don't see him winning a title back unless he gets a matchup down the line against a real paper champion with a good style matchup for him. He should probably just hang em up.

I've been a fan of Paulie for years he earned my respect after the brutal beating Cotto gave him. You don't know what the hell you're talking about. I was also in attendance when he fought Juan Diaz a fight he lost but got robbed by the judges.

In Brooklyn, might be a good idea.

Hes had a great career all considered. 2 weight world champion.

Fought some of the biggest names of the era, and always gave it his all. Incredibly tough fighter.

If he does call it quits, then he has a good career as an announcer lined up.

Back to the broadcast booth ..Sorry but as much as I respect Paulie his style was awful and the fact that he had no power made it worse .
