Is it time to start comparing and talking about Carlos Adames among the all time great middleweights like your Jones’s, Golovkin’s, Toney’s etc?
I really don't think so. Adames is a strong fighter and I hope he does his best at super middleweight. But at middleweight, in my opinion, he's done less than fighters like Rodrigo Valdes and Nino Benvenuti. Toney and Jones defeated Nunn (and McCallum) and Hopkins, respectively, at middleweight. GGG dominated the division for many years (and, in my opinion, the Kazakh has never been defeated at middleweight).
Not at all, no. I don't even think he beats Andrade in a H2H fantasy matchup, and Andrade was one of the most overrated middleweights I've ever seen.
Janibek would beat Adames. Adames is skilled and possibly elite but he hasn't beaten anyone besides contenders in Sheeraz and Williams.
