If you don't like football (or F1) then there's no need to have Sky Sports, it's a bit over priced for just boxing.
The Sky Go app on Xbox is great. I probably spend more time watching that than i do playing games. I'm surprised they don't market it more to be honest.
My point! I love boxing, and so have been willing for years to pay the subscription just to get my three hours per week (Ringside and Friday/Saturday Fight Night), and although I like the output of Matchroom I just feel that maybe the actual amount of boxing related broadcast hours we'll now get with the loss of the other promoters makes it difficult to justify the hefty monthly subscription......... :?
I think they are being crafty and just letting it build it's own momentum without promoting it as a great 'free' service They can then charge at a later stage when people are hooked My father in law doesn't have sky but uses my sky go, no way sky will let that situaton become commonplace
If u have Boxnation on the sky platform make sure you have completed the minimum contract term before you go to Virgin because you can't just swop Boxnation from Sky to Virgin ( unbelievable but true ) so you will find you are paying for Boxnation on a platform you no longer have !
You're the guy that made a thread about that right? About a week later they announced they're dropping the minimum term
Thats a moot point now the 1 month subscription has come in. Cancel subs, move house, reinstate subs.
I probably will cancel Sky Sports if West Ham don't get promoted, its only the football that keeps me subscribing, its certainly not the boxing.
