Is it true Jennings took 9 rounds and got floored off Dimitrenko?

There was a noticeable size difference and Jennings took a while to figure out how to attack Dimi. During that time he took a well placed and timed counter shot that scored a knock down.

I expected Jennings to have some problems dealing with the size and strength of Dimi, who fought to win that night. I didn't expect a knock down, but its not like Jennings was truly in danger of being knocked out at any point.
