Is it true that in prizefighting, nobody is the same again after getting a beatdown?!

    I think most of the time fighters cant come back cause mentally they were crushed. I really hope that is not the case for Cotto. Hope he comes back strong

    I agree with the sentiment but not the language, it's not the fighter but the mind, you can fail at anything in life if you do not have sufficient preparation and planing to back up your excursion , it's the mental programming that determines if you can learn and come back smarter and stronger, they say smart people learn from their own mistakes, I disagree with this old wisdom and say smart people learn from others peoples mistakes.
