    Yeah, they aren't sanctioning it. It will be a non title bout. This fight is a waste of time.

    If you want some confirmation, it's also in the Teddy Atlas interview on the Ring Magazine site.

    Didn't believe what I read either, cause the boxing orgs don't often bend to pressure like that. But it's good it happenend.

    That would be pretty sad. Mayweather is a WW title holder. He shouldn't be fighting JWWs.

    In all honesty Garcia does need a lighter touch, he has fought a tough sequence of fighters, the problem is that Herrera in Puerto Rico was suppose to be a soft touch. Guess that backfired so badly that they are going extremely soft with this next fight...
