Pep, Locche, Whitaker, Toney, Happy Lora, all better at defense than PEDweather

Roy Jones too, if we're talking about being hard to hit only

prime RJJ was probably the most untouchable fighter ever, even if his defense was all reflex based

It's hard to quantify because nearly every other defensive specialist got hit more than him because they all were fairly offensive fighters. If you are offensive, no matter how great you are defensively, you will get hit more than someone who is primarily defensive minded.

I'd say Floyd is top 5 defensively with an *.

Rigo hasn't had enough fights in order to be considered the best of anything historically.:deal Learn something about the sport before popping off at the mouth dummy.

absolutely not. rigo has better defense and offense than floyd and he doesn't jab and back pedal every 5 seconds and hold whenever someone gets on the inside.

Rigo hasn't had enough fights to be compared to PBF historically. Also Rigo gets hit way more and has been knocked down several times.

Rigondeaux is a great defensive fighter but he has been dropped 4x more in 1/4 as many fights as Floyd has.

rigo is offensive minded though, i think his +/- ratio is higher than floyd's. or it was at one point

i've never seen rigo purposely back pedal to the ropes, even at 130 you saw floyd doing his routine jab, back pedal, hold, repeat

Sure Maidana gave him a better fight meanwhile Floyd IV is on record Manny was his toughest fight ever :good
