I see it as a compliment to the memory of the great Muhammad Ali, who was loved and revered by many, including myself. He had personality and skill like no other. He was a new type of fighter when he burst onto the scene, in the early 1960's, as Cassius Clay. Most heavyweights were just sluggers looking for a quick knockout, most were lumbering. He had speed of foot and hands. Wilder is approaching stardom, but I would like to see him against, Anthony Joshua, Tyson Fury, and Andy Ruiz. Everyone is entitled to their own likes and dislikes, as well as opinions. Time will tell as he faces tougher competitions. What I do like about Wilder, that he is a great sport after the fights, mark of a good champion.

When Elvis met Ali in his dressing room once he displayed his martial arts prowess by kicking Ali`s legs and flooring him! After first being shocked Ali laughed it off, just saying, lol

What percentage of Americans know who Wilder is? Ali was known throughout the world, that`s mega fame.

The hype behind wilder is ridiculous.

Ali shared the ring with numerous ATGs.

Wilder hasnt even shared the ring with the best of his era.

Not wrong but Ali's opposition was superior. 10 defenses now compared to 10 defenses then is not the same.

So we have the 21st century Uncle Tom in Anthony Joshua. With all his endorsements, Joshua is doing all white financially.

Ali`s opposition during the 70`s was far better.

Why is AJ an uncle Tom? Wilder has a white promoter too.

Regardless of records, Wilder would KO Ali. Ali got hit plenty, weird that people think Wilder couldn't connect, especially with the huge reach advantage. Ali also didn't have the power of many heavies Wilder has faced, so I doubt Wilder would be as worried about exchanging.

I used to overlook it, but when I saw HBO's Legendary Nights , my heart sunk. Marvis, Jackie, all his kids had to take that abuse. One scene Joe put his hand on his heart and said "please!" as if stating man, this is now impacting my family. They're teased at school, kids of unlce toms. Never met Ali, but if I did, I might have caught a smack in the face for telling him, that's unbecoming of an F.O.I, no wonder God silenced you, sucka.

As for the topic: Not wrong, just not wise!

Nothing wrong with it, as you can compare any boxer head to head, no matter how far apart in ability like Ali and Wilder.
Also it's heavyweight boxing, where physical attributes can overcome a huge gap in skill and class. Just look at Wilder's number of come from behind KO's (and some where he should have been behind, only the PBC judges still favored him).
