Is James Kirkland ever gonna fight again? I know he was offered the Clottey fight before Rosado was and said the money was to low. Broken nose before Cotto fight. He has had many oppurtunities but turns them down.
The real question is would anyone watch? Depending on the level of opponent he either gets another big KO for his highlight reel or ends up on someone else's face down for a number of minutes.
Last anyone heard of him, he was suppose to be Cotto's comeback fight after Cotto lost to Canelo... for whatever reason (probably money) the fight got scrapped. I doubt Kirkland ever fights again, and even if he did, he's done. He'd probably get smoked by the average journeyman at this point. Not that he was ever quality to begin with.
