dont exspect to see him in many years they take the law really seriously in Texas but god do I hope they give him a pardon and you know what I don't care that he ****ed up there arn't many fighters that are as exciting as him and I wish just once our athletes would get a pardon like all the other ones do I mean Weber gets caught with a pound of weed on a plane and is allowed to do community service from his house, Randy Moss ran over a female policer and nothing happened settled out of court same when Kobe raped a chick, the guy who played Ferris Buyler got drunk and hit and run killed a guy in Ireland no ones seems to know about that so there all above the law but if a boxer who broke the law before gets caught with a gun he's flat out ****ed maybe no one should be above the law but NBA and NFL players are as well as any celebrity whatsoever, so maybe just once fighters shouldn't get condemned to hell for a few mis-givings it's not like Kirklands did anything with the gun he had and yes it was stupid for him to have in the first place but **** gives us a mulligan for once.
The problem is he is on his second or third strike, and violated his parole. Its not like he committed a CRIME but still, rules are rules. Mainly the US justice system is discriminatory towards minorities...not saying he's 'innocent'. Just saying putting him in jail serves no one.

Best case scenario he comes back to the ring a year from now. Probable outcome, he will come back 3-4 years from now, but may have lost the interest in boxing by then.
