    James Toney is HOF and probably in the top 150 best boxers of all time....in my book an ATG has to be consensus top 50 best ever list to qualify as A TRUE ATG...and in all honesty I can't say Toney belongs to be an ATG....

    He had the talent and all the tools...without a doubt...but felt short
