what evidence is there that he is avoided? He is a unified titleholder at the weight. Has anyone turned him down? Does anyone call him out? To me it just seems like middleweight is a weak division. If he wants big fights he needs to go up, bring up a 154 star or become close with Turki

I’m thinking middleweight is just at a bad low point.. kind of seems like anyone who gets some popularity there wants to move up for Canelo money (or at least money from fighters who got a name off of Canelo)

They don't fight Janibek, because Janibek is not popular and nobody cares about him. Fighting him may bring around $10K, max.

People are chasing popular names like Canelo, Bivol, Crawford etc to get huge paychecks.

    Nobody is avoiding Janibek.

He has the bone structure to be a solid 168lbs fighter. Maybe even beyond that too.
