I'm not going to accuse anyone of something I don't know for sure but I will say this.

I don't trust anything that happens in Texas, especially when the WBC is involved. It doesn't look good for Chavez but that doesn't mean he's using PED's.

He has matured physically and his transformation isn't rare when a kid reaches his mid 20's to late 20's. His body has filled out and he was always a tall kid.

I sure hope he's not using because it would be devastating to boxing and his legacy. We don't need something like that right now.
