Is Jennings material for champion ??

    He was quite decent against Klitschko, his best opponent in last five years (maybe except Haye). He is still young, skillful, with excellent chin and solid but not great one punch power. Can he become hw champ in two years (supposingly Wlad will be retired) ?

    I don't expect that he will be super champion like Ali, Foreman, Tyson, Lewis or K brothers, but I think that he can become champ like Bowe, Briggs or Moorer.............or Valuev.........

    The Ortiz fight will say a lot. I think he could win a belt and make a couple of defenses. I think he is the best American heavyweight

    Jennings is a part time boxer. I think up until 2-3 years ago he had a job of a mechanic in a bank. Unless you believe in Rocky stories that's all you need to know about his qualities.

    He wasn't good at all against klitchko. Don't know were people are getting this from. Maybe cause he went the distance, klitchko never really hurt him and he landed a "couple" of punches on klitchko. But he was completely outclassed.
    Sure mike Perez would of easily beat him if he was any were near kinda fit. Jennings is good but well over rated.

    As for how he stands in the division. Based on his age, work ethic, and skill set I think he'll be a major player in the post Klitschko era. He'll be 33-34 max by the time Wlad finally retires. Outside of him.... Really only Joshua, Parker, Fury's stand out as far as potential goes. Have to wonder how Pulev will rebound, and how long Povetkin can keep his recent resurgence going for.
