Is Jennings material for champion ??

Wladimir was coming off career-best wins against Pulev and Povetkin, both guys that he had completely shut out and dominated, going into the Jennings fight.

I had Jennings winning 2-3 rounds. The only people to have done as good against Wlad are Sanders, Brewster, Peter I, Iggy and Haye. Maybe Thompson I. Who won rounds solely due to being tricky and awkward, not really due to his ability as a fighter.

 

Based on Wlad ud 12 Jennings, no..Not yet.. He could spark Wilder though, no doubt.. Probably would.. So yes, actually.. WBC champ.. But I would pick half the people on this board to spark Buffet Squad

 

He'll be in the mix when Wlad steps down.

 

No less so than say, Tim Bradley. Neither of them excels in any one area that you can point to and say "they stand over all their peers here" but they're both hardworking and well-rounded enough to absolutely be fit to wear a championship belt.

Yes. He didn't spar with klitchko on purpose. He seemed to be checking klitchko out throughout his fight. He knows there fury will destroy him songe took it easy on him. He knows he will get another title shot.
