Taylor plainly does not belong in the same ring as Kessler. Bring him over to Denmark. He'll be drinking Danish Pastries through a tube at Copenhagen hospital by the time that one is over

You can give me a rolling eye smiley all you want, you know its true. Deep down you do. Taylor brings nothing from a stylistic viewpoint to trouble The Viking

Kessler already beat the athlete first boxer second type when he fought Mundine. Infact, this looks a lot like that fight, only a whole lot uglier

Man, i hope this fight happens in the near future. I really do. I want the Kessler nuthuggers to see just how much they underestimated JT. These are the same people who actually thought Hopkins would be lucky to win a round or two against Calzaghe. Calzaghe is just lucky father time caught up to Hopkins in this fight and he ran out of gas in the later rounds.

    Kessler would dominate Taylor.

Kessler would starch Taylor. Kessler is in many ways similiar to Pavlik, but he has better timing, speed and defence. On the outside Kessler would nail Jermain over and over again with his piston-like jab followed by the right hand. Kessler hits just as hard as Pavlik IMO, but can time his punches better, I don't see Taylor lasting the distance.

    Kessler TKO 8

Taylor has a heck of a jab. To say JT's jab doesn't even compare to Kessler's is ******ed.

JT is a gifted athlete that can put together combinations with the best of them. He's got sudden power because of his hand speed. And your talk about him lacking composure goes out the window because in his last fight, he was completely composed and gave Pavlik all he can handle. If that JT shows up against Kessler, i pick JT.

And his wins over Spinks and Ouma only prove that he was still raw and unpolished at the time and didn't know how to properly take people out. But come on, Spinks ran a marathon on that fight.

I did say that. I expected a thrashing but I wrongfully underrated the experience and defense of Hopkins.

I dont understand this **** at all why does Taylor get no love. Taylor is no longer with Steward so he is no longer held back by his one dimensional training. Kessler has done nonthing to earn the love that he gets. Jermain's athleticism will keep him in the fight. If he utilizes his jab like he did against Pavlik the second time he wins this.

Those saying his defense is bad are wrong. In the second fight with Pavlik he protected himself very well is was not until he started to run out of gas that he became somewhat lax.

I think that Jermain wins the early rounds and steals a couple of the middle rounds and wins on points.

    :?

He wouldn't even be having that success against Kessler. He outboxed Pavlik for periods, but Pavlik does not have the defence, footwork, speed or timing

Frankly, that fight told me more about how bad Pavlik is then how good Taylor can be. Taylor probably fought his best fight, still lost, and showed Pavlik's vunerabilities to a good technically sound boxer puncher

ok, I'm going to bed now. This is simply too much.

Taylor has a GREAT jab. Your basically saying Taylor's jab isn't in the same league as Kessler's based on you comment which is INSANE.

Oh yea, and this is just icing on the cake.

    Good night everyone!

Good night my fellow Kessler nuthuggers. Make sure to blow a kiss to your life sized Kessler dolls for me also. And try not to be too rough on the poor doll. :smoke

    Thats the truth :good

Kessler lacks head movement, his footwork could be better and his stamina was horse**** against Joe Calzaghe. But other than that - hes a great technically sound fighter; a pleasure to watch.
