jermaine was/is one of my favorites and such a talented fighter, but not making the wisest of choices in the ring. the loss to abraham was the nail in the coffin. at least with pavlik and froch he was winning a portion or most of the fight before getting ko'd, but with the smaller, wrestler like, cruder abraham taylor was never in control and lost the entire fight. there were no signs he would use his physical height/reach advantage and outbox abraham, much less ko abraham.

sorry "bad intentions". you had a great run nothing to be ashamed of and hangem up to live the life

If Bute were to take Taylor's place, Ward would throw a temper tantrum, even with his referee, his judges, his venue, yes, his home town. Ward is spoiled! He threw a temper tantrum in order to get "all" his fights in his home town, or he would not fight in the tournament. Ward does not want Bute any where near him! Taylor is better than so many believe. He lost to a Euro, so they hate him now.

Its not like he was losing the fights and was overmatched and is not in the same league as the others. He was leading on cards before stoppage. If we advise everyone to retire after they get stopped the whole tournament doesnt make sense. He lost his first fight, he has two more. Andre Ward is not that much of a puncher and I think Taylor will come out with confidence in this one.

Exactly. There is a bunch of softies on this forum. Oh he got knocked out 3 times he should quit, he could get hurt :patsch The man is ****ing 30 years old with skills, fast hands, power, he can still turn things around and be a factor in this tournament.

Truth is Abraham could do to Ward what he did to Taylor and Taylor could do to Kessler what Ward did to him. Taylor could outbox Ward and it would be no surprise.
