Although I have to admit I was worried that young Diaz was going to wear him out, especially the way the early rounds were going. I was especially worried when Diaz was able to rock JMM with the left hook. JMM has to be one of the best Mexican fighters in the last 10 years. The only negative thing I have to say about him tonight is the fact that he wants to move up in weight. I don't know if that is a good idea or not. He didn't seem as strong as Diaz, and Diaz was moving him around fairly easy. A rough fighter like Hatton will be too strong for Diaz IMO. Anyhow great fight, and JMM is or should be P4P #1. Diaz shouldn't hang his head. He gave a great fighter all he could handle and almost pulled it off. He just learned a valuable lesson from the old master. I also think those bodyshots were wearing on him, which the HBiasedO announcers seemed to miss. Hopefully Diaz works out the few kinks he has in his game and returns better than ever. Screw biased Lampley and his overrated game.
