Is Joe Calzaghe a H.O.F fighter...and is Cal a legend, an ATG, or great fighter?

I find it amusing that amuses you. Maybe you should consider the idea of quality over quantity sometime.

ok so you're saying.....you'd of rather Pac of fought a Rocky Jaurez or a Terdsak Jandaeng then fight a Barrera or Morales?, the fact of the matter is, these guys were the top guns of Pacs division, some of the top guns in the sport even, thats why he fought them, and obviously it was a great win, cuzz Pac was the underdog, i mean ****.......

besides you act like Pac has never fought a prime fighter, which is not true, he's fought plenty, but there're overlooked, because they're nowhere near as great as a MAB, Morales, JMM, or DLH

fighters like Sasakul, Ledwaba, Battery, Velazquez, Larios, Solis, and i'm sure if i check boxrec i can find even more.....

and the whole "past prime" thing, is ridiculous, it aint like Pac cherrypicked his way to the top, by just picking guys who were through when he fought them

Morales, Barrerra, and even Hoya, were all still live fighters, b4 they stepped in the ring with Pac, everyone likes to say "oh he's shot now" but that didn't stop ya'll from picking Pac to lose by KTFO, though right?

and you know what... 4get everything i just said, i dont even no why i'm disscussing this, i didn't come in here to dispute Pacs acheivments, or compare them to Calzaghes, because any1 can compare there resumes and see who has the greater one, i mean that **** aint even debatable

i came in here to give Calzaghe his props, and i did...but i also said, in a nutshell, Calzaghe could of foughten better opposition......which is plain as day to anyone who looks at his record, but i still said he's an ATG, HOF'er, etc....because there are plenty of fighters who choose took take the path of least resistance from time to time, or the path that has less glory but more money, which is why i said, "if Mayweathers an ATG, so is Calzaghe"....so i'm not even sure what you're trying to talk to me about

i mean, you said yourself that he hasn't foughten great competition but good competition, is that not what i said? so seriously, whats this even about? i never downplayed his career, all i said is what we all know

if you're looking for me to say Calzaghe is greater then Pac, or Calzaghes the greatest of all time, or he absoluetly has an unquestionable resume, then no, i'm not going to say it, because as far as i'm and most other non bias people are concerned, that **** just aint true

but like i said earlier, Calz a great fighter, a HOF'er, and an ATG even.........and hell personally i like the guy as i've said b4, but i'm not about act like he's some kind of boxing god on the level of a SRR, Duran, Armstrong, Leonard, Hagler, Hearns, when he isn't, lets be real here

I mean you have your opinion. In a nutshell, Pac fought great comp while Cal fought good comp and could've fought better is what you're saying I believe. It's also impossible to think the bigger Cal could beat Hearns and what else??? I don't care really what you think of Cal because you won't change my mind about Cal, and I won't change your mind about Pac...and vice versa. You won't ever get me to say PAc is better than Cal. PAc would have to defeat Floyd for me to consider saying that.

his fave boxer has retired and he now has to hype him up the ATG list just like how he used to hype "guzman" and "mijares" back then, typical amsterdam.

:admin Did no-one else notice this tragic post from Nallege??

Imagine sitting typing this all out! FFS! The guy is obsessed!

I genuinely believe that if you spent months searching through every post on this forum in order to create a Top 10 Worst Posts Ever, all 10 would be by this sorry individual. :good

You are utterly obsessed with him and you absolutely despise the guy for some weird reason. Everyone knows it. Fail.

Casual/part-time/new boxing fans are always fooled by the zero. Nallege's knowledge has always been very very weak, that why he believes that a zero means you are automatically better than a fighter with any losses on the record. Hopefully in time when he has studied boxing a bit more closely and knows a bit more of the history of the sport, he will see what you're talking about. Then again, he is so so horribly dumb that this simple truth may elude him forever.

Grain, I wrote this also on thread number 1 just to show you:

Cal's record does not carry him over other greats before him or after,

Now as you can see, some weirdo's can get past what I've done to them in the past...and these weirdo's have tried their best to get into a mud slinging match. The fact is that these fans do not recognize greatness in a fighter like Cal because they believe in only two ways to judge a fighter. In their case, it is big names, and how many divisions you've gone up lol. This dismisses the Hagler's and Monzon's and many others because they are really comparing Cal to the fighter they like. PAc fans, AM fans did this when they matched their man against Cal.

It is a shame when a fighter like Cal is not respected by them lol. I mean at least give us a positive about Cal if you're going to judge him. Many posters in this thread have given Cal his props, and they have stated their criticisms. Guess who did not do this, and guess who is more concerned with me rather than the thread topic? lol.
