No clown Tyson unifeid at age 21 and cleaned out the division, Calslappy hid behind the WBOGUS while other big fights were out there, and trying to claim that a 43 yr old is at his peak is lame as **** :-( I watched Bhops for the first time in 97 and he looked quite the same up until about 02 or 03. Hopkins was at his best when he beat Holmes and Tito. By the time he fought Allen for a 3rd time anyone could see he had declined quite a bit, just because he can still beat certin MWs who come to 170 doesn't mean he isn't way past it.

He could have fought both a LONG time ago if he was serious about doing it, face it Slappy will never be considered an ATG outside of the UK.

Depending on your definition of an ATG, he definitely could be. He's ruled his division like no one else has and has won a handful of fights that he was expected to lose. The man has earned my respect and I'm willing to call him an ATG.

I would however, like to see him fight one more fight. Whether it's against BHop or Bad Chad, another win would do his legacy wonders in the eyes of Americans - including myself.
