Is Johnny Gonzalez vs Eilo Rojas confirmed for the Mayweather/ Ortiz undercard??

Does anyone know if this fight is signed or going to be signed or is it just boxrec BS??? Anyone know anything? This fight is a very interesting fight and the winner will be considered probably the best featherweight not named Gamboa, JuanMa, Salido or John and would make this a great PPV and actually worth the money. This fight also with Morales in a tune up and Canelo vs Gomez which should be a pretty decent fight and will be exciting at least and also the main event. Great card hope it all comes off as planned.
