No. Should have beaten Whyte though. But he seems to have quite a few stinkers lately. Change of style is what he needs. Way too tough to be that defensive.
naww if hes serious about boxing its nothin. hes yound an if he still believes in him self and puts in the hard work he can get back in the mix, needs 2 or 3 tune ups n then go get another crack at a contender.
I’d say he’s done. He’s a nice guy but has a lack of spite and no edge to him. Combine that with the wealth of never needing to work again and I expect him to fade away.
It was a bad career move to fight Whyte straight of the Joshua defeat. He's not totally done and can hang in there in top 10 and get a title shot, but I don't see him winning a title.
In my opinion he just needs to rebuild his confidence up and fight some thought journeymen and then jump into a big fight but I don’t know whether he is cut for the top level as he seems to be someone that tends to fight to his opponents level meaning that he could deffo suffer another loss sooner rather than later
Absolutely. I completely agree. A loss isn't always as bad as some people in the current generation believe it to be. When a fighter is in against tough fighters over and over again, that fighter will lose. That is an almost guarantee bet.
Parker is done when he decides he is done. Parkers purse just against Whyte was in the ball park of the figure Wilder earns in defence of the WBC belt, so no he is not done, the money keeps rolling in.
