    No he's not.

Can you imagine a 147 lb Corrales going the distance with someone like Cotto? Margarito? Cintron? No.

Doesn't matter if you're powerful or not, if someone gets hit in the jaw with their mouth open, it can break. Certain things need to be taken into consideration here.

Oh yeah, I'm not old either.

    I beg to differ.

But hey, if you want to believe he's the better fighter because he can "break bones", go right ahead.

He hasn't fought the same level of comp either, no? Im not calling him a bad fighter, I just think you are overrating him. Oh, and Collazo will beat him. To slick.

Do you really need to waste time arguing that Ike was MUCH better than Clottey is?

Clottey isn't anywhere close to Ike's league and he's definitely not underrated. He's overrated, because a lot of people think he would give Cotto trouble. His defense isn't anything special, he's an average puncher, his technical skills are good, but again nothing special, he's mentally weak, and his stamina is ****. Plus, he seems to be having problems making 147. At 154 he'll go down another level.

I'll tell you what, I'd take the Ike from the Forrest fight over any 2006 version of Clottey you want, and that still isn't prime Ike.

That makes two of us. Ike was past his peak by the Vargas fight.

 Odd, seeing as how he lost to such a limited fighter like Margo and looked so unimpressive against lesser fighters like Alvarez, who's not even on the level of a guy like Gomez, and we saw how Cotto dealt with that level of fighter.
