Is Joshua Clottey underrated?

I see FOTY-Clottey has what it takes to beat Pac.Expect a tough fight. Clottey beat Cotto and he would destroy Hatton.I don't buy into the BS spewed on here. This is a competitive fight.Believe this is a true test for Manny Pacquiao this weekend.Cotto and Hatton were shaken up in fights and therefore were more likely to get KTFO by Pacquiao.Clottey is tougher than those two.

I think so. Whether it was Pac facing Mosley and Floyd facing Clottey, Floyd would still get some credit, eventho not as much as for fighting Mosley like he is now, but Clottey is by no means a B level fighter. He walked down and destroyed Judah while Floyd struggled greatly vs. Zab

 

Only for the first few rounds then almost ko'd him had Zab not gone low(don't know if it was intentional but it looked like it). Clottey was beating Zab good though the fight was a bit close before the stoppage but a decisive win for Clottey.

 

Only for this fight.

That's a very valid fact. Every top guy Zab faced stopped him apart from Floyd.

No he's not elite, but he definitely is an above average, big Welterweight. Only losses came from the top dogs and has a very sturdy chin. Even an elite fighter like Pac fighting at 147 will have a long night dealing with Joshua. Very underrated this time, but not talent wise, its more like Pac's popularity.
