It should be the next fight but Joshua's fans are coming down with the "Floyd Mayweather" Syndrome. "If it doesn't make dollars then it doesn't make sense".

Now it's "Wilder isn't a draw, Wilder doesn't bring this or that to the table". I'm wondering who the popular fighters are that Joshua can fight after Fury or Wlad rematch. As long as Wilder keeps winning Joshua or Fury will have to fight him sooner or later.

I like Wilder, but he's not ambitious. He's just wants to keep his family happy and occasionally have some fun and buy something fancy.

Honestly, I don't believe he has the confidence to aim high. He doesn't believe in himself.

I have difficulty seeing him ever volunteering for anything that might jeopardize his current position.

Yeah, this seems to be it. He knows he's got a pretty sweet niche that can keep him reeling in the money and retain his illusions of being a top class fighter, but deep down, like a lot of guys who run their mouth, he knows he doesn't quite cut the mustard at world level.

Wilder is more interested in Parker than Bellew. He has no interest in Bellew.

Did you not see the video he made calling Parker out for a fight in July? I didn't see him make any Bellew video.

Wilder claims he wants Parkers belt then he will bring that to Joshua for negotiating the unification so Wilder doesnt want that fight right now. Josh called out Fury but Fury seems a long way off a ring return. Wlad rematch, dont know what his next mando is, Pulev is it? Could even push Wilder aside and go straight for Parker.

But Wilder after the fight said he wanted Parker not AJ.

Wilder lacks ambition. He seemed to have a carefully guided career path that kept the tally in the win column but failed to give him any mainstream success or real credibility despite having bronze medal in Beijing in 2008.

The average person in the street does NOT know Deontay Wilder. Some may even think he's a basketball or football player. At this point his handlers need to realize that while he has his youth he needs to focus only on Big Fights and all due respect Bellow is NOT a big fight. You either got it or your don't. It makes me miss 90s Heavyweight Boxing or even 80s Heavyweight Boxing when hot prospects weren't babied the same way.

Joshua-Wilder needs to be made; not as the next fight but they need to fight on the same card and headline Co-Main events with the intention of promoting that fight. That's the fight that makes the most sense in the HW division.

Wilder might fight Bellew. It'll be a big fight over here in England and it'll be a good tune-up fight for the Joshua fight. Bellew won't beat Wilder in my opinion. He's just too big, too powerful really. No shame though as Bellew is a blown up cruiserweight. I'm not sure what Joshua wants next. He said he wants to fight a Villain next. Maybe that might mean Shannon Briggs, it might mean Wilder, i don't know. It could even be Chisora or a rematch with Dillian Whyte. We'll have to see. I don't think Joshua fights Wilder just yet though.

I believe he said he wants to fight Parker then Joshua in early 2018.

Although I am doubtful this scenario will happen I think it makes sense, after the weekend Wilders position has seriously diminished and he probably needs Parkers belt to ensure he cashes out as much as he can.

No it won't be next, most likely sometime next year is when it will happen. Like people have already stated AJ has his Mando he's got to fight first. Wilder-Parker will happen before AJ-WILDER imo.
