Is Juan C. Gomez really serious about beating Vitali Klitschko, or is he just happy to be making his biggest payday of his not-so illustrious career??

Anyone wanna debate or argue that notion???

i have a feeling gomez will upset klitschko. in his last fight with virchis, he really showed he could take a punch which many believed was his biggest weakness.

Well, I am a "K" brother fanatic, so therefore I will be rooting for Klitschko.... However, I really do wanna see a good heavyweight title fight that is competitive... I'm tired of blow-outs and mismatches....

Juan C. Gomez is a boxer with speed and reflexes.... I expect that will be what Gomez tries to establish against Klitschko this coming weekend...

Again, I'll be all for Klitschko, but I hope Gomez comes to really give it his all, and not just last the 12 rds....

I am sure that he is serious about it. That doesn't mean that he will win.

are you serious asking such a stupid question ? gomez isnt just coming to win he's gonna win. i hate all this bull**** hype surrounding vk its starting to become annoying

lets get things straight vitali only fight in the last 6 years was against a fat overweight cake eating uninterested peter who clearly only showed up for a payday. so that doesnt prove **** about how good or bad klitscho is now we dont know wat vitali really has left but we'll find out on saturday cause gomez is coming to win. we wont see a fat overweight cake eating piece of lard in the ring with klit this weekend we'll see a slick fast in shape determind fighter

Gomez is a very strong and skillful fighter. Fast hand, good footwork. He is a real tp 5 heavyweight. He will do anything to win the title. The thing is that Vitali KlitschKO is better.

Good. With Heavyweights, you never know which will come into shape; and which will just show up fat.

i thought he fought lennox six years ago...:think
and that cake eating peter would probably ko gomez as well. don't try do downgrade vitali's performance. he schooled peter like no one before, peter was competitive in every fight before but only vitali managed to beat him up like man beating a fat school bully.

    Interesting question,Mr.Bill!

It is well known that Gomez prefers parything to sweating in a gym. He has wasted great parts of his career.
He should keep his nose to the grindstone this time or he will be in for the beating of his life.
Well, there is no doubt that he is a naturally gifted fighter whose style can pose a threat to Vitaly, but I cant really see him outpoint Vitaly over the long distance of 12 rounds.Gomez' stamina is the Cuban's weak spot.My guess is that he will make Vitaly look clumsy for the first 5-6 rounds winning the mayority of them, but then Vitaly will take command in the ring connecting more and more with his shots systimatically dismantling Gomez stopping him somewhere in the later rounds of their encounter.

He's going in there for a paycheck.. Just watch and it's going to be somewhat like a Danny Williams fight. Very boring and one sided..
