I dunno about that. I'll say at least top 20.

I think so. I think Barrera falls, and Diaz moves in.

Yes. In the lower half of it, but he's gotta be in there.

Top 15, but he is close at this point. The difference between him and someone like Israel Vasquez is a great opponent. He is beating excellent guys at lightweight, but there isn't another world class guy in the division right now.

Depends on how the Cotto - Mosely fight pans out. He to me is juuuuust on the outside looking in.

11-15 range...have to watch the fight again to get a better assessment.

    Top 12-15

A win over David Diaz and Joel Casamayor would put him in the top 10

But if say....Mosely AND Hatton....or Cotto and Hatton lose....he could sneak in.

Again, I gotta watch this fight again to get a better feel for it.

It's possible...as you said, it depends on the outcomes of the next big fights.

He did what he should have, but he also showed too many flaws.

Julio Diaz was never a true top tier guy... Juan got tagged too much for my liking, even though his handspeed and accuracy was impressive.

I think a guy like Nate Campbell could beat him, honestly.

Diaz dominated Diaz..lol..so he gets in there as I dont see anyone at lightweight that can beat him. He is good all around and is a machine in there. He steam rolls the lightweight division. Diaz is now in MY top ten with the older fighters moving out.

    Tagged too much?

He is a pressure fighter and got hit only 20% of 800+. Am, go watch it again...his defense is what impressed me most tonight.

I would pick Juan Diaz over everybody at 135. I would pick him over Pacquiao as well.
