Is Juan Manuel Marquez an all time great

I think he deserves a mention in the ATG category yes ........................ , for people who say no , what actually constitutes being an ATG im just curious ????

For Marquez , a 3 weight world champion , 3 time world champion , the HOF is just not enough for them type of accolades its that simple !!!!!

He's good enough but not great.

Actually, his resume is pretty damn decent, and if he had that ability to back it up he could easily be considered an ATG on the basis of his wins and fights with Pacquiao. I simply don't think he had all time great ability, though he was an excellent fighter obviously.

Well, I agree that Marquez should be in the hall of fame but he isn't 1st Ballot like the other Mexicans are, who beat better fighters, and were fighting better opposition for longer periods of time when they were all active. Marquez is still after that elusive career defining victory.
