    no he is not an atg....

    if he had beaten mayweather, maybe yes...but he got shut out...cotto atleast won a round....

    and based on resume...take out pac...and we wont be even talking about him right now.....

    No. His only good wins are Pacquiao and Barrera. And Barrera was not as good as people think. That alone makes you a good fighter, but not an all time great

    When it's all said and done, one can't objectively place Pac on the ATG list and then try to exclude JMM from it.
