He took quite a risk there. More heart than a lot guys in an around that weight class. But, the guy needs to either get Pernell Whitaker to give him some defensive tips or just retire. He makes amatuer mistakes that will get his a$$ clipped by a puncher every time.

funny that you think possible brain damage is funny.
perhaps a mentally challenged personality is your character trait.

He took a risk because Canelo wanted a money fight and so did Khan. Khan didn't want to face Thurman, Brook, or Bradley...so he fought Canelo. They still make fighters like Khan. Dudes still get ktfo on boxing lol...

Fought Paulie in New York taking his title to Paulie's backyard, ref from New Jersey, 1 judge from Connecticut, and another from New Jersey

Fought Maidana on neutral turf with neutral ref and judges

Fought Judah in Judah's home country, ref and all 3 judges also from the US

Fought a juiced up PEDderson in his backyard of Washington, ref and all 3 judges from the US

Fought Garcia in his home country, ref and all 3 judges from the US

Fought Collazo in his home country, ref and all 3 judges from the US

Fought Alexander in his home country, ref and all 3 judges from the US

Fought Algieri in his backyard of New York, ref and 2 judges from the US (New York, New Jersey), 3rd judge from a neutral country

Fought a much better, much more healthier and experienced version of Canelo than the green drained cadaver Floyd did, in the US, ref and all 3 judges from the US, and he didn't need 3 tune ups to settle into the weight despite the fact he was moving up even more weight than Dre is and was facing a naturally much bigger opponent, had only been campaigning at full welter for 3 fights, and his chin has always been glassy at every weight class he's fought in.

Dropped in the amateurs by Craig Watson

Dropped by Rachid Drilzane at 140

Dropped by Willie Limond at 135

Dropped by Michael Gomez at 135

KO'd in a round by Prescott at 135

Badly hurt and in dire trouble by Maidana at 140

Dropped and stopped by Garcia in 4 at 140

Dropped by an ancient in ring years Julio Diaz at 142 CW

Wobbled by cotton bud fists Algieri at 147
