I think he is P4P the 22nd best in the world. I find him to be very good and deserving of praise. My P4P top 100: http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=373863 His resume looks like: -2006 wins vacant WBA 108 lb title by SD over Juan Jose Landeta. He rematches in the same year to defend the title by wider UD. -2009 beats Daisuke Naito for his WBC 112 lb title. Naito in the prior two years held a draw and win over Pong, Daiki Kameda, and Shimizu. -2010 loses to Wonjongkam by MD. Good decision and good fight. -2010 beats Alexander Munoz to win vacant WBA 118 lb title. -2011 defends it three times over Daniel Diaz and Mario Macias, as well as his close/controversial UD over David de la Mora. -In between, holds wins over good Asian-level fighters and other journeyman such as Cecilio Santos, then OPBF flyweight titlist Singwancha, and Nouldy Manakane.
No He's definetely more technically sound than nishioka and uchiyama. Ioka I don't know much about . Hasegawa is more better technically but his chin is his demise. Keep in mind that Koki isn't gifted with any great physical attributes at his weightclass and relies on his boxing skill to win. Uchiyama and nishioka are only great in their respected divisions because they have intimidating power.
