Adamek. That's it. Cunningham, if you really want to stretch it. The division sucks .

Yea but which fighters that will bring the most money and real big fights for Pavlik at 160 pounds? Cause obviously thats what Pavlik wants is a big pay day but nobody in that division will give him the big payday that he's been looking for.

That's right. He can do a Hagler and fight all comers at MW, but he won't be the millionaire rock star that he apparently wants to be (if his comments on the SMW tournament are a true reflection of his priorities).

It's crazy how many of you only seem to care about the ******ed and meaningless politics of sanctioning bodies and promoters. Pavlik is the top guy at 160 and if he hadn't moved up to take a challenge fight you'd all be talking about how great he is.

    **** yeah!! Rock on Wilhelm.

OK, it turned out REAL bad, but since Pavlik has been champ he's had ONE optional fight, and he CHOSE to go to LHW and fight #4 P4P Bernard "****ing" Hopkins. I mean got damn....

The loss to Hopkins was not that bad I thought since it was a decision. Pavlik could have chalked it up to his lack experience and moving up too high in weight as maybe he has, but his problem now is not because of Hopkins I don't think. I am not sure psychologically how that affected his confidence. But his moves now of not fighting in this tournament or at least getting the fight with Abraham at middleweight limits his options, and his time of shining in his prime is going away fast. He has to get a big fight now. I am not sure what he or his corner is waiting for?

Definitely not in a physical or mental sense but he might quickly find himself left behind in terms of hype, fame and drawing power if he doesn't fight someone of note (more or less non-existant at 160) sometime soon.

Mora and Pavlik have the exact same number of fights at 154; 2 each. They were also both eliminated from the olympic trials by Jermain Taylor. People who act like Mora was a natural 154 make themselves look like complete imbeciles.

One bad loss and people jump off the bandwagon. It happened with Jeff Lacy as well.

Ridiculous question...of course he's not. He's not finished, lost only once against a living legend. He has to take care of business though and to fight a guy with a pulse next. If he wins against a decent opponent he's completely rehabilitated.
