Is Kelly Pavlik underrated?

Pavlik will KO Martinez then be Overated again. Its just the way ESB is... Most and i say MOST cause some are OK... base a whole fighter skillset on his last fight. Very few understand the meaning that style make fight. Why did bernard go out of character on this one? Cause hes just that good .

 

I tend to agree. Taylor was not as good as everyone thought then he schooled by old Bhop . . . I think Martinez wins but KP has a punchers chance (yes a cop out . . .lol)

 

I dont care about any amatuer ****. I dont care about closing the show vs Cintron and Williams, whos to say that Pavlik could have done any better...Did he fought those fighters??? Your talking about numbers and amatuer titles, Im talking about what I see in the ring. Only a true Pavlik nuttick would say that he is more skilled and fluid then Martinez. Pavlik is a one trick pony, walk forward throw a one two then every once in awhile a 3 and 4, reset and do it again. Geez you Youngstown hero's are a mess.

 

Martinez is sloppy as they come. He has virtually no defense against a right hand. He telegraphs his best weapons. He clinches like a 3rd rater. His jab is silly. He rushes in face first. He routinely circles the wrong way. I could go on and on about this guys flaws.

Your break down of Pavlik's experience and style does not come from anything you actually saw over the course of his career. It's just you parroting internet mythology.

Whatever, since you are telling me what I see in Pavlik isnt what I see. Your too ****ing blind to see what everyone outside of Ohio sees with Kelly. Keep fooling yourself and prepare for some very hard times when the fight starts, while your sitting there hoping that the KO comes while Martinez is taking Kelly to school.

The only question about this fight is IF Martinez can take the bombs that Pavlik will be throwing at him. If he somehow can(which I doubt) he will beat Pavlik.

 

Very very very underrated. Threads like Floyd shuting out Pavlik, and Mosley should move and and become Middleweight champ. Gimme a ****ing break, Pavlik without a doubt is underrated.

 

Underrated, which is good reason that Williams ran and hid from him.
