Your going to add the foul pole? And Seldon the guy that fainted against Tyson as top wins? Bowe was pretty lucky Golota went low in both fights imo.

Not nearly as ridiulous as you'res. He likely beat Aliu 3 times? No, only once, close though. And if you think he could have gotten a draw with Holmes, then you must realize that he also could have gotten a loss against Young. Witch he should have. So, I ask you again, who has the man ever beaten really?

    My top ten heavyweights:
    1. Muhammad Ali
    2. Jack Johnson
    3. Mike Tyson
    4. Jack Dempsey
    5. Joe Louis
    6. George Foreman
    7. Joe Frazier
    8. Larry Holmes
    9. Evander Holyfield
    10. Lennox Lewis

11 to 25, in rough order only:

    11. Rocky Marciano
    12. Gene Tunney
    13. Sonny Liston
    14. Riddick Bowe
    15. James Jeffries
    16. Sam Langford
    17. V. Klitschko
    18. W. Klitschko
    19. Joe Jeannette
    20. Harry Wills
    21. Max Schmeling
    22. Jersey Joe Walcott
    23. Ezzard Charles
    24. Gentleman Jim Corbett
    25. Michael Moorer

Norton can come anywhere after this. But he may edge into the top 25.

he is definitely in my top 25. i think ali took him too lightly in their 1st fight and the broken jaw didn't help but ali got serious for the rematch and was in his best conditioning since pre-exile and still norton gave him a close tought fight so norton was good. he always made ali look bad so i give him a lot of credit.

Ken Norton beat Ali 2x and drew with him once, this alone puts him in the top 20, it's a hell of allot more that that bum Tyson did and the trolls still think he is top 10.

I'm a massive Muhammad Ali fan, but the bias commentary in Norton vs Ali II, ****ing pissed me off.

They said that Ali could of finished Norton in the 6th round..??? When Ken Norton was never really that hurt.

Ken Norton was beating Muhammad Ali to the body, and landed the more hurtfull shots throughtout the whole fight.

But then again, Ken Norton did seem ****ed in the last round.

And looked dejected for some reason, at the final bell..???

Even though he fought buy far better over the whole fight.

just watched and scored it 6-5-1 to Ali

    Ali 1-5, 12
    Norton 6,7,8,10,11
    Even 9

Ali was 9 pounds lighter for the rematch coming in at 212 pounds which is regarded as his best fighting weight - see williams, terrell etc. he was 227 pounds v mathis in 1971.

Norton was good but the Ali matchups help him. I am not saying he was to Ali what Barkley was to Hearns, but close.

IMO Norton is not Top20, I don´t have him Top30. Not because he was bad or anything, it´s just that others deserve it more. He probably would beat some of the fighters who rank above him though.

    1. I don't see how Seldon is any worse than Garcia.

    2. Golota fouled out of 2 competitive fights against Bowe. Sure he was ahead and if he continued without fouling its safe to say he would win but in 2 separate attempts Golota seemed lack the mental make of a fighter who can finish a fight.
