Ughh another fool I have to reply to..

KHAN is NOT AFRAID. The fights makes bull**** sense. Go ask GBP how well the Maidana-Cayo fight did financially. This is a high risk, low reward fight. It'll come to the table soon, just wait.

But wasn't the deal that Khan could go on to fight someone else after the Malignaggi fight too? It's clear Khan or his team don't want the Maidana fight. It's understandable too.

maidana a risky fight? most pundits in britain consider malignaggi a risky opponent and that golden boy are putting him into hard match ups too early iv heard barry mcguigan ***** about it enough so i would be surprised if maidana or bradley or alexander would happen anytime soon

How is it a bull**** sense? Maidana is the interim champion to Khan title. If Khan don't think Maidana is a big draw in the us then fight in the uk for goodness sake cause i'm sure Maidana would have no problem fighting in the uk cause all he has to do do is touch Khan chin and Khan will be out cold.

Most pundits in Britain are impartial and say what needs to be said to sell a fight. Look at Salita, made him out to be a great fighter when he was a nobody. Everyone knows that Paulie stylistically, is far more suited opponent than Maidana, it's damn near impossible to take a points decision off Khan, it's very possible to knock him out. Simple as that. Maidana has a chance of beating Khan, feather fists Malignaggi doesn't.

Khan will fight anyone, GBP feel Paulie is a bigger name, more money, less risk/punchers luck fight.

Maidana is very easy to read, Khan would just have to stick to a simple game plan to win vs Maidana who's defence is poor and his chin not the best also. Khan could even stop him.

Dont worry Khan has not left home comforts and promoter to duck top fighters in the division Bradley and your boy Alexander will meet Khan soon, let them bulid thier names up so we can get a big money fights.

That's funny, because I haven't heard Maidana mention anything about it. If Maidana wanted to enforce his claim, then Khan would have to fight him or be stripped. The fight isn't happening because Maidana is happy for it not to.

you could have the perfect gameplan for maidana but he will never get discouraged he will continue to throw never take a backwards step and take it to khan and worst off all for khan.....he cant resist a fight which is the one thing i like about him but would be the fatal flaw in the fight

This. If anything, his handlers are afraid, not Khan himself.

Look at the Ortiz fight, Ortiz got a big pop and even knockdown Maidana but Maidana took it well and fought back and what do you know? He made Ortiz quit. Maidana ko 2 fighters back2back that was skilled prospect fighters. Khan is like a prospect fighter himself so maybe thats what Roach and Khan team is thinking about.

I remember in one of the rounds Maidana was saved by bell vs Ortiz. Khan is a better finisher than Ortiz and would not let Maidana off the hook. But again even when going for the kill Khan has to watch out for them looping hooks.

By the time Khan faces Paulie Khan would have only had 72 sec in the ring for 10 months and 2 camps under Roach, he is fast improving under Roach and May 15th we should see a improved Khan then the one vs Kotelnik.
