    Khan has faster handspeed.

Pac has fast handspeed and faster footspeed.

+1 to Kahn having faster hands than Pac but slower feet. I couldn't believe how many times Kahn couldn't get out of range from those wide looping shots of Maidana

khan may be faster. but pac has better accuracy, timing, angles and variety. pac also has more power in his punches as well as being a better counterpuncher than khan.

No, Khan is not that much faster, he just punches from more orthodox angles so they are quicker straight lines, ie he throws a lot of high 1-2-1-2 shots to the head and pac will throw in a variety of angles like one to the head two to the body and a right hook or round shot combinations, actually DROPPING his hands down to his waist in the middle of combinations. Amir does not reset his hands like that in the middle of his flurries, keeps them high the whole time. I think Pac could do the 1212 arm punch combinations as fast as Khan but its kind of a shite attack with medium power.

Overall body speed Pac is light years faster, with head movement and in and out. Maidana would not have landed many shots, it might have looked like David Diaz hunting pac down, he's too slow of foot for Manny.

Also, Steward is good for guys who already have his style. He changes you completely into his detroit "smart jab wait for big shot opening" kind of fighter that does not work for everybody. Roach takes what you are good at and works on getting rid of your weaknesses instead of completely changing the fighter, so I think he is more successful when there is some talent. I think he would have been much much much better for Taylor than Steward, who remade him in the Kronk style and got rid of everything that made Taylor good. Roach takes crude or flawed fighters and helps erase the flaws or eliminates the opponenets chances of capitalizing on those flaws. He is a great trainer. Chavez jr. NEVER looked as good as he did under Roach.

Yep Khan is faster than Pacquiao now, I even think Khan has gotten faster and stronger under Roach.

Right now, Khan is faster but Manny is quicker. Khan has a better speed around the ring but Manny is quicker with his feet thus creating better angles with his punches.

Faster or not. Pacquiao is a Complete architect of the boxing art. Khan hits and runs... can khan have tear ups toe to toe. NEVER.

whole game plan for khan always is IN AND OUT and run away. as if his banging his local slag.

Most of the Great fighters, not only can brawl but totally break a fighter down and take the game plan away.

Khan is not that fighter. watch rd 10. and you will see.

Don't know. But if Pac shoe shines like Khan does a lot of the time he would look faster too.

I agree with this, very little power in his 121212 straight combos, each of pacs quick ones has a little something behind them.

Would say Khan has faster hand speed, but Manny has better footspeed, and is much more fleet of foot.
