Is Khan Feather Fisted?

He's not a huge puncher but he throws flurries which disorientates opponents leaving them vulnerable. His speed is the main weapon. It is very difficult to win either of the first two rounds against him which means if Khan holds the title his opponent must win 7 out of the next ten or knock him down to win. That's assuming no deductions of course!
