We'll see! I think it's actually going to the cards, learning towards Spence decision. But he probably will need to win comfortably to avoid getting robbed.
Just like you I want to see the big fights in the division the boxer is in, but if a boxer climbs up in weight to fight even more solid opposition, then i'll give credit for that. The reason could be money, it could be legacy, it could be whatever, it doesn't matter, that boxer will still get credit from me because it was the riskier fight to take in terms of quality of opponent.
You get my point though, and why I'm criticizing Khan right? I'm not criticizing his overall resume. He has a solid resume overall forsure, but in 2017 he's one of the biggest jokes in boxing. It's either him or Broner.
I understand what you're trying to say, but your reasoning at times is quite ridiculous to be honest. Such as moaning about the lack of quality of opponents and then moan about his most solid of opponent because he cashed out. You got to be more reasonable, it's quite contradictory to be honest.
Im talking about his recent opponents. Yes he fought Canelo to cash out, but who else? Alexander was solid at best. A fight with Alexander isnt exactly fighting the "best", though it's definitely a solid win. Also it's not really contradictory. You just have to actually listen to my reasoning.
The point of this thread is that Khan, unlike probably any other fighter has a unearned sense of hubris, I mean it's truly ridiculous. There are quite a few fighters that were conceited *******s but by and large the majority of them completely backed it up with their body of work. Khan hasn't achieved even a quarter of what the biggest egos in boxing have and has been severely humbled on a number of occasions but he believes he belongs in that pantheon of great names. No, he doesn't.
Actually yes, I firmly believe they still are truly top 15 hw's and that's after being blasted by dw and Aj. I know there can't be 15 hw's right now that could be expected to beat either of them. I'd figure we could come up with a good top 10 but no way a 15 they'd have to be between 10/15 with them being able to beat, expected to beat a couple at least in the top 10. I'm not claiming orgs ratings, I'm claiming reality of who would beat who if we had a huge hw tourney with all pro hw, they would easily make it into the top 15
He's delusional, but he's still doing what many don't, and that's fight agianst guys that will most likely knock him out cold LOL.. Personally I think Broner is the bigger joke, but who cares
"fight agianst guys that will most likely knock him out cold LOL..", well if Khan was in the prime years of his career, I highly doubt he'd fight Canelo. Khan looked like dog**** against Algieri, and is just cashing out while he can. I think most boxers would do EXACTLY what Khan is doing when they're shot, and in danger of losing almost any top 15 fight. That's why I can't really give Khan that much credit.
Khan would most likely would of fought canello. Let me tell you why, he's delusional. NO matter how many losses the guy has, he still believes he'll be p4p number one. I really do believe that he thought he'll beat Canello. I believe he thinks he can beat Pacquiao, Brook and Mayweather. That's the way he is. Unfortunately for him, reality is a ***** LOL.
Vargas has really developed his right hand. He shoots it with power and awful intentions. Vargas would KO Khan.
