In a way. But you don't get to that level without supreme self confidence and ego.

At least he's not a narcissist like Floyd, or Broner who promote materialism, degenerate live-fast die young life style, abuse women and so on... Apparently that's what you need in boxing to be big though... TMT is based around all of the above. Promote materialism, be frivolous, break the law & help ruin a generation. That's what you've got to do to be big... If you're well spoken, never get into any sort of trouble boxing fans will spit on you.

I'm kind of pompous as hell if you hadn't notice:yep but I'm also a really nice guy, so.....

And yeah its better to not make an ass out of yourself like Tyson does constantly.

I'd rather a guy put a fake nice guy act than be a materialistic, frivolous living low IQ douchebag who is the epitome of everything that's wrong with our society today.. I don't know. I don't mind trash talk, and clowning... To a point of course.

    Exactly.

I think Wlad is a supremely confident guy who knows and thinks he's better than most of his opponents and some he has a hard time hiding his contempt for, but he's still a genuinely good guy.

Yes, let me qualify what I say. Wlad is extremely professional, appears humble (I actually think he should take more credit than he does), and by all appearances a genuinely good guy. But he couldn't be that successful unless he had the tremendous ego and ambition necessary to be the best in the world at something.

In the Fury press conference, I saw an in control shark letting Fury outtalk him, having absolute confidence that he will destroy Fury come fight night.
