    Chavez quit because of a cut lip! Duran etc. After that fight nobody wanted to fight Hatton in Britain. The fights with Floyd and Pac would have sold out stadiums in Britain but both Floyd and Pac declined with good reason. Not to mention that Kostya was 36 year old.

    Noob = tool

    He quit because he wasn't going to win the fight. What was the purpose of taking more punishment? He was smart IMO.

    You "did not feel he needed to quit"? Who are you? Fred Flinstone's toyboy? His trainer also told him to stop.

    He certainly didn't disgrace himself. After the fight he was man enough to give Fatton his dues. Compare that to JCC to got his arse handed to him by KT, got KTFO and then said he would have beaten him in his prime. If that is a real man, then I'd still prefer to be like KT.

    I agree tha he ranks higher on a p4p basis, i was talking about head to head.

    I'd have Chavez along with Locche and Pryor above him.

    how on ****ing earth do you place Benitez at 6 this alone is total lunacy guys are replying like fanboys without credibly looking at things. Tszyu never in this lifetime had a better career or skill than Wilfred Benitez what a load of **** this thing has made me go postal dammit others who know should be responding ****!!!!!!!!

    benitez has only been an elite 140 pounder for 2 years...KT was an elite 140 pounder for 10 years

    Barney - Nothing wrong with a fighter knowing they are beaten and stopping to prevent punishment. If KT is not top 5 he's close.

    I dont think that list is unreasonable asero..Personally Id probably have Tszyu a couple of places down but the 140 division is a hard one to rank because not that many great fighters really forged their careers there..a lot of the time they just stopped off there.

    But for longevity and depth Tsyzu certainly had it over Benitez at the weight. Depends how you want to rank it.

    so what he held a belt and was there, with better skill and higher greatness such that he was able to move up. Why hold that against him, he was a legit title holder and great and was a 140 pounder why not?

    i only include the ring accomplishment and ability displayed at 140 only. Otherwise, i think armstrong would be ranked higher than pep and pacquiao would be ranked higher than wilde at flyweight. How about ranking jones higher than hopkins at middleweight
