is Kostya Tszyu a top 5 Light/junior welterweight all time?

I can also list welterweight and midlleweight championship lineage in chronological order too. So, once again, no boxrec needed. I did check to make sure I was spelling a couple of the guys' name correctly. I use boxrec to check guys records all the time no shame in my boxrec game. But, me being knowledgable enough to list championship lineage in chronological order doesn't mean I had to use boxrec. Yeah, the guys you are picking off the list, with the exception of Locche he would have boxed the socks off Tszyu, would have been more competitive fights than the others but, they still would have beat him.

Just so we are absolutely crystal clear southpaw..you are saying Paul Fuji would beat Kostya Tszyu..have a long hard think about the answer to that before you type it again.

LOL, you are picking the worse guy on the list to blow up. Fuji is probley the one guy on the list Tszyu would have had the best shot at beating but, he wouldn't have. Yes, I' am saying that Paul Fuji would have beaten Kostya Tszyu.

    Of course he is.

He never ducked a challenge, fought in the most competitive division of his time and unified.

Put it this way if Arron Pryor can be judged as a top 5, in some cases people say he is the best of all time based on his shitty record then im damn sure Tszyu can.

    YOU said it...not me, YOU.

So take responsibility for your call...your boxrec 6 degrees of separation call to rubbish Tszyu.

Frankly that is laughable because Paul was quite average except for power and chin, which Kostya has taken on before and dealt with quite easily.
Anyone who has seen him fight would surely know this..might have to check those VHS's champ.

I also struggle to see why Paul is worst seeing he has a comprehensive stoppage win over another person on your list.

You are straight up hating..you could have just left it with Kostya is not top 5 alltime at the weight and here are 5 that are better.

But you intelligently surmised that Paul Fuji and Sandro Lopopolo defeat Kostya Tszyu ...Just because boxrec said they were champs once.

Fuji knocked Lopopolo out, thats one of the fights I have on VHS. I said Fuji AND Lopopolo are the most competitive fights for Tszyu on the list and I would expect him to lose both.

    :rofl

Ill bite one more time...you base this on????

What other fights have you seen of either?? What attributes do these guys have that will give Tszyu the fits? What stylistic issues will they give him and who else on either's record is remotely comparable to a prime Kostya that these gentlemen have beaten?

I think you have to rank him in the top 5...he achieved so much at the weight!! Only Really Chavez, Pryor and maybe Cervantes are certs to be ahead of him but as has been stated many great fighters only briefly flirted with LWW and many (Duran, Mosley) skipped it.

However, I'm not sure I'd have him top 15 H2H.

How can Forrest beat Tszyu twice when they only fought once.

And here is that fight. Just in case you missed the score noobie.
