I don't think he's genuinely a sociopath but he definitely has that vibe. I would say he just shows less remorse or emotion than other people. I remember watching the documentary on Kovalev regarding the death of Simakov. Kovalev, his manager, and his wife all talked about how sad he was but that could've just been media talk.

Kovalev is far from sociopath. He just comes from very tough place where equality or human rights are just string of letters. You can see the difference just looking up how Russia works - strong ones eat the weak ones on so on.

Look how excited he is to hurt his opponents since Simakov. Even when he has them very badly hurt, he wants to hurt them more

Does that sound like a genuinely remorseful man haunted by killing a man to you?

Chris Eubank showed Genuine remorse after badly hurting Watson

    Kovalev shows the complete opposite

    He's a complete psycho/sociopath

Not a sociopath in the least, they have no emotions and are cold and calculating. Sergey is overly passionate and lets his emotions get the best of him, he's just a guy with a short temper.

What happened with Simakov clearly troubled him and left him distraught, he tries to cover it all up and not let it get to him, because he's a manly man that doesn't like dealing with human emotions, but its there brimming below the surface, clearly it effected his performance in Russia against Chilemba. You could tell in the lead up to that fight, he was somewhat out of sorts.

Psychopaths are hard to come by, not even Charles Manson is categorizable as a genuine psychopath.

No he isn't. Psychopaths/sociopaths have no empathy, no regret or remorse they would not care about a man they killed like Kovalev cared about Simakov.

    Thats Sergey in a nutshell

..... until he really hurts his opponent, then the manic side of him comes out

You cant kill someone, then sprint over the ring to totally annihilate a badly hurt opponent, nor prolong a severe beating cause of pathetic trash talk (think of how cold and calculated that is), nor try and annihilate a 50 year old for sticking his tongue out at you after you are 11-0 up if you dont have a genuine disorder

The TS was a little lazy here. He could have at least given us examples.

But having read the other uninformed responses, I'll give you the answer. Among Russians, when speaking his own language, he comes across as a very likable and good guy.

And just look at the way Kathy Duva looks at him. The man is obviously a gentleman.

He didn't like Sillakh and got excited and wanted to finish him off, passion, he had a sense of righteousness, like he was serving justice to Pascal who he thought had wronged him, the stuff with B-Hop was genuine anger. Not a sociopath.

I didn't, I already voted and voted for Trump, I'm a liberal but she scares the hell out of me. And yes, I'm very well informed, so nobody attempt to talk down to me or scold me, because I don't care.

You wouldn't want him catching you porking his wife, he would probably carve you up like a butcher.
