    He’s beaten every man he’s faced since becoming world champion, beat Can Xu and Conlan when they had momentum and were considered world level, Josh Warrington and Lara and Lara was also considered a world level fighter and dangerous, and after that loss to Lara, Wood could’ve easily have crumbled.
    Is Leigh Wood an ATG?

    Where even is he? Beat Warrington & disappeared.. no he's not an ATG but he's a little over looked.

    Come on.....is this a troll thread ?

    Pep, Saddler, Sanchez, Armstrong, Arguello, Saldivar, are ATG Featherweights.

    Wood wouldn't be in the top 30 Featherweights of all time he's not even close to a great let alone an ATG.

    I mean, I haven’t even mentioned Wood defeating Mould, that’s probably the first time in history.
    Mould, every single time before then, always took its toll Wood, Wood could never so much as keep Mould off, let alone defeat Mould.

    Is it not a question to be had after overcoming the odds so many times? Yes some of the wins may not have aged well, but the context at the time meant they were much more impressive than they seem to someone who looked at his record now.
    Yes the Conlan win hasn’t aged well at all, but momentum is everything in boxing and it was a great win considering the form at the time, like Quarry against Thad Spencer was a great win.

    I wouldn't even rank Leigh Wood over Steve Robinson in all honesty that's how far down the pecking order he is.
