Yeah, It's being ret@rted to expect the best LMW who can't make 154 to fight the MW champion.

Especially a guy who has a weight and youth advantage, ntm, judges, venue, referring....

All advantages that Canelo will have if he defends against GGG.

And of should add, the $$$ split will be in Canelo favor, and he could get away with dragging GGG down to 155.

As we all should've learnt by now, you can't have a decent discussion with idiot GGG haters.

I doubt it. Alvarez has to get past Cotto first.

Most people around here need to show a little more respect for people's opinions and not just jump to the "nu thugger" conclusion.

Cotto is the middleweight champ, he should defend the title vs a middleweight. If Canelo wins in November, his first defense should be against Golovkin, which it probably won't be.

Shame both Cotto and Canelo will get away with defending the middleweight title vs the number one contender at the 155 Cottocaneloweight they've created.

It's also a shame that we couldn't get GGG vs Ward before Andre moves up to light heavy. Understandable though as Andre can't make 164 comfortably and GGG is a small middleweight and at full 168, Ward probably wins that fight 9-3. Would have been cool to see how GGG does when he is the underdog though.

    Canelo's comes as Oscar goes
as GGG takes the payday blows
dreams of PPV are vast in his site
just missing the dance partner to seize the night

fancy cars, movie stars all within reach
but the big name opponent is laying on the beach
why can't he land a fight that could impress
maybe a miracle will happen at best

now Lemieux is on deck and the fight fans are anxious
a fine bout could be in the division contagious
but this notion of a real fight is really outrageous
for G has to find the $$$$$$ Cash advantageous
