to answer you're question, YES, because of the obvious - Size, Strength and Reach.

LL was a very good Boxer so yes he should and could beat Louis, but if Joe can get to him enough, it could also be a Joe Louis win, however because of the Obvious SIZE and LL, the Top man among the S-HW Giants, well you have to expect him to win more often than not!

Also, you must be talking about some other Lennox Lewis, since I remember watching Lewis live during his prime and despite his raw talent he wasn’t exactly the master boxer or destroyer some people hype him to be on here.

 

The footage thats are available on the internet. And i also study their records. Baer and Carnera are levels below Lewis. It's not even a comparison. They're worlds apart. Lewis's head movement was better, his footwork was better, his jab was more complex and better in every way. Lewis could counter better, could pick his shots better and had better ring iq. He also didn't fight against sub 200 pounders.

Lewis isn't a destroyer but he'd destroy those two.

 

I think Louis and Lewis are nightmare opponents for each other.
