    :yep

I specially enjoyed the 3 primes thing :rofl Don't you know, american ATGs are always past their prime when they lose.

Brits tend to overrate LL. But I believe the average boxfan rates him just fine, as one of the 10 best HW's ever.

What other ATG Heavyweight got starched in their prime by two journeymen?

And what is it with the ******s who say Tyson wasn't shot to **** when he fought Lewis?

If Lewis couldn't even go close to taking out an old Holyfield in 24 rounds, heaven help him if he had fought a prime Holyfield.

Name me another ATG Heavy who got starched in his prime by two ranked contenders then.

Then you haven't read this thread very carefully.

    He only had one prime.

So Holyfield was shot when he fought Lewis?

Even though he held the WBA and IBF titles and had beaten a prime Tyson twice, 2 years previously/

Pretty impressive for a has been.

lewis to me is the same as the klitschkos. sure he was boring to watch but his skill can't be denied. and his resume belies his ability.

Tyson clearly wasn't in his prime when he fought Holyfield, nor was Holyfield in his prime then either.

Tyson was on the downslide after his Spinks triumph, his personal life was just too ****ed up and had caught up with him.

Holyfield injured his shoulder against Moorer, hence the result and yes, the Holyfield against Bowe, beats Lewis.

Holyfield gets put on ***** street and comes back to win, Lewis gets put on ***** street and its all over.

Holyfield wasn't shot like Tyson was for Lewis, but Holyfield was clearly past his best.

Lennox Lewis would have destroyed Ali who would not even be a contender today. He is too small for the heavyweights of today. Lennox Lewis beat every single one of his opponents he faced (He avenged his two k.o. losses). You guys need to think these heavyweights are 6'2+, 225+ men. They hit and they hit hard.

Wlad and Vitali deserve consideration for at the least top 10 ATG heavyweight of all time. I have yet to see Vitali beat convincingly. He was beating Lennox at the time of their stoppage, and was destroying Chris Byrd at the time of their stoppage. Wlad has lost 3 times in 60 fights to big punching heavyweights.

I guess if you're ahead on scorecards when the fight is stopped on your cuts from punches, you deserve to win the fight? Wheres that avatar at?

No I never said he deserved to win the fight at all, I just had him up on the scorecards, and I think if the fight kept going he would have stopped Lennox.

Leon Spinks beat the **** out of Ali, and he would of been knocked out by Rahman, Mccall, Brewster, Byrd, and Corrie Sanders. Ali was a media darling overrated turd of a human being. I am from Philadelphia and Ali was whooped up on by Joe Frazier who also would not even be a contender today with that bull**** style he had. Ali was also given gifts for his victory over Ken Norton II, III, what about the fight against Jimmy Young? What about the phantom punch? Oh I forgot Muhammed Ali was super human...thats why the man shits himself today.

Of course, if the cut was caused by a foul like thumbing. Did you watch Cunningham-Hernandez last weekend?

I think there is a real possibility that Bremen stalks Lewis.
